Remember, folks … Biden wakes up every morning and sets the day’s inflation rate and gas prices before he even goes pee. Inflation is not the result of corporate greed, but rather one guy who wasn’t in any elected office when the problems began.
Or at least, that seems to be what’s trying to be floated as adult discussion grounded in reality. This is noise, not signal.

Exactly, they are going to run “American economy in ruins” with rioting footage from other countries. And the base will lap it up.

They will find something to moan about, probably several somethings. Most of it will be made up bullshit non-issues or things they do themselves when they are in power. This is the Party of Grievance.
This is a pretty optimistic view. Inflation is (mostly) a one way street. The rate at which prices are rising might have slowed down, but the prices themselves aren’t going to go back down. That damage is already done. Come next year, I don’t think people are going to be thinking “I’m paying an extra dollar for a big mac than I was 4 years ago, but at least it didn’t go up another dollar this year too”
