The only Desktop one that comes to mind is Interstellar, but you could probably also use a web fronted that is instance independent like phtn.app (Which I would recommend if it works)

To me at least it is the antithesis to things like republicans saying trans women aren’t women, “you are valid” meaning that you are who you are and that is okay. Your choices, your life is valid it is not something incorrect that has to be changed
I recently switched to Blorp. It’s still somewhat early in development, but overall is really nice.
