I don’t know about the ethics, but forcing people to carry to term a baby with a significant developmental disability is unconscionable to me. It is very likely to ruin their marriage, finances, sanity, life, but the people that manage to do it are saints.

“Wiped out” just has no meaning anymore. In the absolute worst case if you bought and sold on the worst days imaginable, you were down around 50% for the last two crashes. That is not “wiped out”.
It is much more likely that the person bought the sock at least a year prior to the crash, in which case they would actually be net positive at the bottom.
Just don’t invest money you need it 5 years and ignore the catastrophizing.

I hate paying for search, but Google, Meta, Amazon have long since proven, if you are not paying for a service, you are the product.

Why not both.
There were almost a million investors. I am sure there were dozens or hundreds that used Trump coin for a bribe…but that still leave about a million investors.

I don’t think this is a partisan issue, but I do understand that Trumpism defies strongly help political beliefs.

No prosecutor wants to take that case to a jury.

I don’t have to know a single one of those details, because I know for a fact that AC does not create a magic pressure differential within a house relative to the outside that could possibly negate hot humid air intrusion. That is your assumption, not mine. When the window is open the temperature differential across the opening with cause convention (mixing of the air). If his room actually is positively pressured enough relative to other rooms, then he is causing hot humid air to be pulling interior at other locations around the house.
I have sympathy for OP, but in 90F, that sucks for whoever is paying for the AC.

What magic pressure differential are you referring to? A/C recirculates indoor air and has slightly positive rooms and slightly negative rooms, but will always be net ~1ATM of pressure. If his room has slightly positive pressure and he opens the window, then guess what, hot humid air is being pulling into the house in other people’s rooms, hallways, bathrooms. This would also explain why he doesn’t experience the issues it would cause.
Yes, and no one invaded anyone on October 7th 2023. Of course Israel does not have the moral high ground, but the logic could go either way.

I enjoy Kobo after switching from Kindle 2 years ago.
I originally bought it to stop giving Bezos money and because Kobo promised bookshop.org support (money goes to local bookshops). This is still pending and extremely disappointing. It is easy to get books from Libraries (Libby), Kobo store, or add them through the cloud like Google Drive and other options. Libby support is pretty important to me. I basically only pay for 10% of my books now, but the library rentals still support the authors.
The thermal problems are the craziest part IMO. Why do you think they use so much water on earth. In low Earth orbit your entire data center would be mostly radiators, which are heavy and complex with enormous fluid flow rates.
