Both approaches redistribute the hotspots to maximize even heating. The efficacy of either approach will come down to the specific design of either unit, but a tray-less unit can be easier to clean, and with fewer moving parts exposed to end users can be a good option for commercial/high user count settings.

Each design accomplishes the same task of relatively even heating with few hotspots.

It gives a false sense of security to beginner programmers and doesn’t offer a more tailored solution that a more practiced programmer might create. This can lead to a reduction in code quality and can introduce bugs and security holes over time. If you don’t know the syntax of a language how do you know it didn’t offer you something dangerous? I have copilot at work and the only thing I actually accept its suggestions for now are writing log statements and populating argument lists. While those both still require review they are generally faster than me typing them out. Frankly I’d be in favor of just letting people in and letting them legally work. Our current system allows people in but then they are just expected to lie around waiting for permission to stay. Meanwhile they aren’t contributing to the broader economy. Let them work while they’re here and more of them will get off the streets, there will be more money going towards taxes, and there will be a broadening pool of people that can actually afford to buy things.

Ya want the truth? Lax gun laws led to public shootings as an easy way to gain notoriety. So many people took the school shooting route that they are now old hat. Want to get famous? As long as you aren’t sleeping in your bed when the police get the wrong address, or sleeping in an encampment when the police decide to steal all your belongings for living while poor, or kicked out of the library for not having access to a bathroom, or finding yourself in a grocer, mall, concert hall, theatre, school, etc on a day a shooter decides to show up.

Also you can’t survive on $1 per day without someone caring for you. That will not keep you off the streets and fed, and it will most definitely not cover fees for access to self improvement resources or recovery.

You’re conflating your personal experience as being generally common. You may have benefit from these, but they are not a back to school necessity or even consideration for “every parent.” For the vast majority of people these are unnecessary.
