Look, I watch a lot of anime, especially Isekai, ecchi and harem, and I have not seen incest once yet
Yeah, the most I’ve seen is in Black Clover which has a guy obsessed with his younger sister. However, while I find it weird, it doesn’t seem to be incestuous in nature.
I’m curious what shows they consider having incest in them.

Looked it up and it seems it’s all based on a eroge (which is a Japanese erotic video game, according to Wikipedia).
So it is an anime based on a porn game. Not sure that counts as your typical romance/drama anime that the original commenter was talking about, but maybe it counts ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
