Thanks for the extra info, I never paid much attention the last time it cropped up (because fuck all parties involved), so I had thought it was Spotify going after him as opposed to what sounds like them turning a blind eye to the situation. I guess for them, any amount of perceived usage of their product is a win. I wish the either the courts or congress would do something about arbitration clauses in terms of service, they are highly anti-consumer.
