What must I do to unjam things?
I have tried many suggestions from various websites but they don’t work because it looks like there is some sort of circular dependency going on here.
I always forget after fixing these dpkg errors, but it makes me want to try and add better error handling to apt. These messages are utterly confusing, and if apt can solve for an installable set of packages we should be able to make it analyze the root of a failure. Do any other package managers do this well?
