Title is slightly misleading, but body text is correct. This brings you up to the tourist area which is the furthest any vehicle can go besides rescue helicopters.
The air is, as one might imagine, wonderful up there and they have a nice little restaurant and some gift shops. And hot noodle vending machines, of course.
That looks like a fun drive.
