18·4 months agoI have one of these fridges that failed. It was delivered and installed initially…I never saw the box. How does that factor in? Plus don’t buy LG, it’s a shit company.

I understand what you mean but they are also so ubiquitous it’s hard as a parent to enforce. I try to delete YouTube from our TV’s but it’s nearly impossible. And if you tell kids not to eat the cookies, they are going to find a way to eat the cookies.
2·5 months agoNo, ACA has rules for breast screening coverage. If it was a screening mammo and USlike this. If it was done to someone under 40 or not high risk it would not be a screening exam. If it was a diagnostic exam that is completely different. It would be covered under the general policy with copay/maximums etc. Screenings and diagnostic mammograms/US are different and not covered under preventive medicine.
I have never seen charges like this for breast imaging under insurance before. Something is wrong, either billing or the insurance. The only way I can see this if the imaging was ordered without a proper reason…but likely not.
224·5 months agoI just saw Docs, nurses and staff who had pensions for 30+ years just get butchered as the new Hospital system took over. Routed it all to standard 401ks. Why put your soul into a company. They will never come through. That ship has sailed.
642·6 months agoThe fun part of North dakota is the extremes. The record low (without wind chill) is -60 F, the record high is 122 F. That is a 182 degree spread, or 100 C spread for the rest of the world.
There are jobs in ND but not much else. Cost of living is good but higher than a lot of the Midwest. Colder and windier than upstate, usually a bit less snow though. Summers are arguably better in ND. Flights are limited and more costly. Get used to driving distances instead of time. It’s an ok option for the right person.

90-95% of imaging cost is the technical fee. An ultrasound is usually 0.5 to 1.0 RVUs roughly. So let’s say 1. The RVU rate for radiologists right now is around $45-60 an RVU. So of the $2k for the ultrasound, a Radiologist will make about $50 of it.
In the early 2000s Ticketmaster began to really take off. The fees and extras really started to bother me. So I stopped going to any events that used them. Other than a few state/county fair events I haven’t been to a concert since 2001. Because of Ticketmaster. I have no regrets either.

As a North Dakota I’m surprised by the resignation. There is almost zero accountability here. The GOP and more so Maga has taken over. The DNC/NPL is basically dead here. The right gets free reign. ND is in a rough spot politically and I do not see a fix for decades. At one time we were a state that had to fend for itself and became a success story for socialist programs. Farmers coops, state bank and mill. Progressive prison system and produces top notch schools and exported highly educated people. It is all reversing because of greed driven by oil and gas. Write us off we as we will not help progress society or help this planet due to greed and corruption.
I would say 0 for Israel. They can pay for their own mess. This shit is because of their own actions.
Someone needs to make an extension that googles random stuff all the time and floods ones history with so much background noise that the history becomes useless.
Something like the Maverick hybrid might be best for you.
