Op, I have been suffering from sleep issues for years, what I found it works:
- Sleep/Awake (roughtly) at the same time every day
- No alcohol
- No Caffeine after 15:00
- Weed (if you don’t want/can getting high, CBD is legal almost everywhere, but tbh CBD does nothing for me
- Melotonin (otc, helps sleep, not adictive)
- Sports
