Canceled my sub as a means of protest. I used it for research and testing purposes and 20$ wasn’t that big of a deal. But I will not knowingly support this asshole if whatever his company produces isn’t going to benefit anyone other than him and his cronies. Voting with our wallets may be the very last vestige of freedom we have left, since money equals speech.

Just beautiful. But I’m apprehensive about growing since it’s illegal here. Just a few days ago I watched a local “Cops”-type show where they “busted” someone using a mini-swat type of deal for the egregious crime of self-medicating his chronic back pain. He didn’t have any plants, but they found twelve plant pots with the stems, so he got charged with 12x production with intent to distribute.
Now, no one goes to actual jail for this, but his sentence will be something like 6 months probation + 12x 7k€ fine. That scares the absolute shit out of me, while a few dozen km to the north or east, it’s legal or decriminalized. I hate living in the most ass-backwards country in Western Europe.

YEARS and MONTHS of suffering, starving, trying to keep your head above water just to do it all over the very next day, while these fuckers make the equivalent of a million of us every few minutes by doing ABSOLUTELY FUCK SHIT ALL except exist and “own” us.
They need to be killed, and soon, because we only have a few decades left. We can either spend them slaving away further until there is nothing left or we can somehow rise up and gain at least a little bit of what was lost back. But we’re all cowards and well conditioned to just sit back and accept this. I myself am not a hair better in this regard than anyone else.
I have a 13-year old son I love more than life itself, and my greatest regret is bringing him into this world. It was not my place to create yet another source of suffering in this pit of eternal damnnation. I will definitely not make the same mistake again. Luckily I’m currently pretty much infertile.
Everything, considering we’ll be fighting each other over puddles of standing water in about two to three decades. Today’s life will seem like paradise in comparison, even for people who are currently suicidal.

Every single new “innovation” is literally locked behind a paywall, sometimes multiple, in tiers. You can’t just “buy” anything anymore, you can only lease it, usually at exorbitant prices compared to not that long ago.
