It just makes me so damn sad that a lot of blind/visually impaired people won’t be able to enjoy posts on Reddit anymore…

fucking hell. this sucks so fucking much. i hate these API changes so fucking much and there’s nothing i can do about it.
I was super confused by that too.
It’s worth noting, however, you’re often able to post the link to a post on another Fediverse platform into the search bar of a Mastodon instance and interact with it from there. I was able to do that for a Pixelfed post.
