What does the ratio mean and what is bad about preventing users from reaching one? Never used torrents in my entire life so curious what the meaning behind that is.

Firefish supports now all apps afaik that are compatible with mastodon. You might just not have access to certain exclusive features of the instance.

Interesting read. My monitor has a 75hz refresh rate. Often i use vsync because of that since i experience tearing in some games. I don’t have the ability in any game to lock fps to 75fps unfortunately. Usually it’s either 60 or 120. And limiting refresh rate makes the colors displayed much noticeably different.

Tbh you can also be forced to windows by software. Like yes a lot of stuff works on wine and Proton but that doesn’t mean it runs good. For VR i didn’t hear much good especially if you don’t use a native SteamVR headset. Then there is lots of games with anticheat not working and whatever… So if you fall into any of these categories you’re kinda SOL.

Also VR I didn’t hear much good about on Linux. Especially if you don’t use native SteamVR Headsets. Also there is a game i do play which works with Linux fine itself but the video players do not.

lol i basically mainly only have netflix cause my roommate accepts it as payment to use his internet. Otherwise i would constantly unsub after watching a show.
