AI is the shortcut to what looks like knowledge to people who are clueless. Hence the massive CEO tripling down on it being the big thing. This bubble gon’ pop and it’ll leave quite the nasty mess. Now what to short first and when is the question

9·1 个月前Who the hell needs a nuke to hurt the US? The US is doing so much worse to itself and it’s former soft power. A recent report in Europe found that only 1 in 10 Europeans (from various countries, about 15-20 were asked) consider the US an ally. The tourism industry in the US is probably never to recover from Trump because the problem isn’t Trump, it is the fact that 70mæ million americans have shown themselves to be totally cool with fascism if it means they can feel superior as they’re getting fleeced by the criminals in charge.

10·5 个月前I’d like to see this article’s sources for the Norwegian sales number. Unfortunately, most other sources point to an about 40% increase in Tesla sales here last year. I generally like my country’s adoption of evs (I’m on my third), but the fact that the muskrat keeps selling cars in norway massively bugs me :/

Pseudo-pilot/simulator operator for the Norwegian air navigation safety provider, Avinor. It’s a quiet life, but the hours are humane and it doesn’t require a medical certificate (which I lost after having a li’l stroke some 15 months ago).
