My pleasure
The public transport system will make you feel like you’re in the 2030s. Super simple. Have your smart phone or smart watch connected to a credit card, or just have a chipped credit card, and you boop your way in any transport, you boop your way out and it charges you for whatever distance you traveled.
The hotels are incredibly expensive there and we didn’t take one in the old city, but somewhere at a reasonable distance from a subway station a little further from the city center.
Do not neglect the possibility to bike in the city. We were walking everywhere, or taking trams or the subway, and I wish we biked more.
Boat tours are cool, you learn a lot. Lots of museums to visit. And if you can afford it, try these restaurants for an extraordinary experience : Wilde Zwijnen (The Wild Pig) and Moeders (Mothers).
You can visit Windmills with a 40 minutes bus ride. Pretty nice things to see and to taste (cheese!!!).
I visited Vienna in 2015 and that’s one of the places where I’d gladly move if I could.
I visited Amsterdam last month and loved every bit of it.

I visited Brussels this a month ago, I loved it.
Not bad! Haha.
Gotta ask the generation algorithm.
I wanted something reminiscent of Mass Effect, and I decided to choose a creature that is immensely hard to kill, from an alternative dimension.
Meet : The Tardigod. A mechanical tardigrade entity that migrated on a futuristic earth, and a few soldiers are getting ready to fight it.
Here’s is the prompt : an enormous mechanical tardigrade, with lights and lasers, from another dimension attacking earth, from the point of view of 3 futuristic soldiers on top of the mountain. The tardigrade covers part of the horizon and is descending upon a cyberpunk earth that is one huge city with tall buildings and lights, at sunset. The 3 futuristic soldiers appear ready for a fight.
Origin story!
I remember the time when Subway used to serve their sandwiches with the strip of bread on top. Those were the good old days.
Hugging yes, but with a very limited range of friends, and I don’t have much.
I’m okay with a guy initiating a hug, but sometimes it takes me by surprise. But it’s a good surprise.
I feel it’s acceptable, just doesn’t happen often.
Trickle down economics
The infamous turpig.
Prompt : a pig inside a turtle’s carrapace, walking on its hindlegs, realistic.
I agree, Jane is a good one.
I create Starfield graphic novels.
I’m a huge fan of the game, and there is this podcast called “Starfield with Normal People”, which has a Discord server, and they organise a weekly “Starfield Adventure Club”. Every week, one planet is selected, and we all go there and take screenshots and create a story.
People are very creative, some publish a captains log, for my part, I ended up creating a graphic novel.
For my part, it’s a mix of pure screenshots using the photo mode, some generative AI for the covers, and plain old montage using Figma.
I’m having a lot of fun and I’m not tired of it yet, I’ve been doing this since February. I discovered I had a talent for storytelling and… Air scripting I guess?
2023 has been a monstrosity of a year in all aspects of my life. This comic is self-care for me.
If you want to read a few episodes, you can find them on my Facebook page, as well as on my DeviantArt page.
Enjoy!
They’re would be a lot of time involved in bettering my community. Also a lot of trips and hobbies.
Unite against big toothpaste! I agree with those.
