Blahaj.zone experienced a security breach and is handling it to properly reduce the risk of harm to their users. the current eta for their reture is in about 7 hours.

i have found the genre/subgenre descriptions on RateYourMusic quite handy, when clicking through there is usually a bunch of example albums and/or curated lists, it’s been really helpful for when i just start dipping my toes into something but don’t know much about it.

apparently it’s a tie between Exuviæ by Rendez Vous and DTLA by Mareux

edited to add: just an idea but maybe the banner could be a monthly community thing? like if people have nice/fun photos they have taken around the motu, or relevant art they have made, pop it into a monthly pinned thread to choose the banner for the following month?

it’s mainly for voice note recording and i am not sure what the file size limits are but vocaroo does allow uploads and is pretty simple for sharing.

i know not of sports things but i have seen many a creative pub quiz team name in my time!
