10 days agoI think that in an ideal world, every dollar a customer is forced to pay over their advertised rate should be grounds for said customer to personally hit the CEO over the head with a metal pipe. I think that would be a very fair and reasonable policy to put into law, and would help incentivize these companies to offer services which the consumer is able to easily understand and choose between before spending their hard-earned money on. Though I’d be open to other ideas.
It’s convenience. That’s really it. And I don’t like to admit it, but that level of inconvenience is too high for me to try using it that way.
