This makes a lot of sense, thank you.

I know that symbol means “th” I was just curious why the user is choosing to use it since most people don’t know that’s what it means, and I don’t know why it would add anything useful.

Thank you for the comment, it was very helpful to me. Why do you use that symbol for “th” in your comment? Just curious.

Well I don’t like seeing well reasoned, thoughtful comments in my hate thread. We are supposed to be kicking them while they’re down! Not pointing out how a small change would ameliorate the issue and fix everything!

That’s what your public service commission is for! (In most states). They come up with how the costs of the utility gets passed to consumers. I agree that making sure that infrastructure costs get passed to people who have solar panels, especially if they are relying on that infrastructure at sun-not-being-in-sky hours.

Wake me up when he is completely slobberknockered.

This is calculated by the odds of your car breaking(higher as the car ages/parts become more expensive), the chances you are going to get into an accident (go higher as you age up after 30 something), and the chances another driver will crash into you without your fault(this saw a large increase after COVID, people just started driving worse for some reason I don’t know). All of this means that you will pay more for insurance and it 100% isn’t your fault.

It’s a nice song, but I think that the ubiquity of ai imagery has desensitized me to anachronistic imagery.

This can’t be a coincidence. Something has to be going on. Do you have a refrigerator in your attic that is that exact shape?

This was a really good read. I learned a lot.

This is a great point that has changed how I view this. Thanks

Yeah, having nuance on the Internet is hard.

There are a lot of politically left people in Atlanta, they keep the statewide races competitive. And Atlanta drivers are a special breed.
They tried with student loan debt and the courts blocked them at every turn. The courts are shaped to allow republican plans, because we have done these things in the past. Courts are more willing to reject things that haven’t happened before.

I’m currently in a swing state, and I really enjoy getting the postcards. It makes me feel a little less alone in the sea of red.
Yeah, because the market went from having the opinion of “I’m 80% sure that Tesla is going to do this robo taxi, automaton thing” to " I’m 65% sure that Tesla is going to do this robotaxi, automaton thing". Things are rarely all or nothing with the market.

Oh nice, thanks for the recommendations
Once they invent airplanes that allow a person to go from China to the US, this picture would be believable.
