

It’s probably a safer assumption to assume that the “bank” building template has a money vault, safe deposit vault (if it’s not the same as The Vault), secure networking closet, secure guard room, secure teller area, then whatever space is left over for parking, offices out in the open, secure offices, and whatever the bathroom situation is. You don’t have a bank without the “secure” part and “don’t talk about security” is still security, even if it’s the weakest part.




For C/C++ there’s conan, vcpkg, and whatever Redhat calls their scl system these days. I know there’s more, but those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head. You could argue that podman serves in this capacity to some degree.
