Wouldn’t recommend zoho either, from India a country which heavily exploited user privacy and is in talks to ban proton mail
I tried it and it’s pretty good. I don’t know about storage limits or anything like that, but it gets the job done.

Appflowy would have been perfect, but you can’t edit databases in the web app
Also cannot be workflowy unfortunately, as you cannot edit databased on the web app
I think I have landed on coda, albeit I don’t think its very private
