Trumps lawyer apparently told the judge that the son’s homes are apparently owned by trump org LLCs, they just happen to live in them. So they get to take big business deductions on where they live. How is that accounted for in their personal taxes? Are they paying rent to trump llc? Or do they live in these places rent free? Do they report in their taxes the monetary benefit of living in a trump org llc owned property rent free as an income item? Likewise trump basically lives full time at maralago, and that’s a country club business.

No, even if it gets moved to federal court, these are still state charges and not pardonable by the president.

From what I heard a commentator say on TV last night, the move to federal court would be more so that the trail wouldn’t be televised. The case would still be under Georgia law and it being tried in Federal court wouldn’t change the fact that it wouldn’t be pardonable by the governor or president.

Can’t pardon these state level Georgia charges.

I ended up using Apple maps when I was in Japan and it worked great, drove all over the place and it got me where I needed to go. I tried Google maps but it kept reading the kanji street names as if they were chinese and it was really confusing.
