It’s currently broken. There is a way to set it in settings, it’s just not remembering it right now.

It indicates it’s a bot account.
The ‘most comments’ with the clock next to it is still sort by new, it’s just mislabeled. Devs are aware :)
Font size issues have been reported and devs are aware of that too :)
It’s a bug, it’s been reported and the devs are working to fix it.
Are you on the App Store version or TestFlight version?
I ask because I’m on the latest TestFlight build and your spoiler is hiding for me.
And open:
Edit: I pulled this post up on the web and saw your spoilers were empty. Did you put any text in there?
Test text for spoiler rendering — this can be seen in Memmy okay - hi anyone else looking on TestFlight version 0.5 (4)
Long press on your username in bottom center.
Funnily enough, it scales correctly in traverse for me but not in search. It’s not terrible, but it’s a little wonky.
I have mine in stage manager windows and even with it not being priority right now for the devs it’s still mostly excellent, which I find pleasantly surprising.
Im not a dev, just a beta tester from day one. But the discord is posted on the GitHub to get in touch with Gavin and Sean and the team if you’re interested :)
I agree that the ability to dismiss the keyboard easier would probably be handy, like if you just scroll down in your subscriptions it dismisses or something.
Hitting search isn’t dismissing the keyboard?
Swipe commands.
Left to right is up/downvote, right is comment/reply.
When you’re trying to find a community, in the search type in the whole URL. So for your example you should be able to make the instance find the community by typing in https://hobbit.world/c/hobbit_art in search all.
Like so:
Swipe commands.
Left to right for upvote/downvote. Right to left to comment.
They have added buttons in beta, so buttons will be coming to the App Store version soon, but the app uses swipe commands currently.
When you refresh your feed after switching to your other username, it doesn’t refresh with posts from your changed profile?
I’ve bought him a few coffees, myself.
It’s happened to me once, and I tried to make the comment on the website too and got the same error so I don’t think it’s necessarily a Memmy problem.
That said, I know the devs are aware of it and were working on a fix of the logic so it’ll stop happening.
June 10 I think was when Gavin first posted screenshots and videos.
Yeah, it’s been less than a month.
Once you enable hide read posts, I think right now you have to refresh your feed to make them disappear, at least from what I’m seeing the button bottom right isn’t doing much (or I’m an idiot and doing something wrong) but refreshing the feed makes them all disappear.
I deleted and reinstalled and the issue persists. But there is a bug report on GitHub now.
