What we know works is to press your message to the future, grocery bill, whatever, into clay and then accidentally burn the city down around it – good for millennia.

This may not be the best advice, but it is what I did for a project that was required to have these statements. There are online templates and services that will create and host your terms and data privacy policy for free, with upgrades of you want more customized wording. The format is clunky and in my case allowed for more data collection than the app would ever actually do because I did not pay to customize it, but it serves the purpose. However, they were apparently all denied based on the Jun 7 deadline.
CNN implies the deadline was stated in their announcement of the debate on May 15th but the only deadline mentioned is for polls determining which candidates could participate.
President Biden and CBC and Rep. Meeks lobbied CNN for Black media inclusion after the denial.
The two parties are not going to figure this out. I think we are in the middle of one of those major shifts in the landscape. Probably still end up with only two, and one of them might keep its name, but it seems to me this country’s leadership has simply outlived its ability to sense the world around it. They’ve patched over all sensory organs with some kind of insider-curated feed.
