What happens when I, a potential new Linux user, need to search for how to make something work on Linux and thanks to SEO and AI driven/created search results I can’t find the solution?

Ok I literally saw this tonight, but I think it’s going to be one of my all time favorites:
Hundreds of Beavers
I’ve been working on my Spanish with practice from some of my coworkers and patients. So far Duolingo’s “flash cards” have actually been pretty helpful, but I grant that some of the actual "instruction"isn’t there. I went from really rudimentary Spanish to being able to conduct a patient evaluation in Spanish as long as it’s straight forward.
Everyone shits on Duo but I’ve found it to be a really helpful practice tool myself.
Terry Pratchett. Brandon Sanderson has a nice essay about Pratchett.
My unpopular opinion is that whatever you record should consider the format it’ll be viewed in as well as the orientation of the subject in the video. Is it going to be viewed on a phone, one handed, while someone is eating or pooping? Then vertical might make sense. If the subject fits better in a vertical video, then that makes sense as well.
I don’t know how people manage to use Libby. Always takes months to get the book I’m wanting to read, which is fine if it’s a one-off, but I really like reading long series
I’ve started using “hello chums”
I never used to be a tool guy, but then I finally was able to buy a house. The joy I get doing yardwork and fixing things, especially when I have the right tool for the job, gives me so much joy. I genuinely love going to hardware stores now.
IVF has a lot of frozen embryos that don’t get used. Fertilized. They get extra because it can be tricky for it to take, so it often takes several tries
The hospital will have spare scrubs on hand, either for surgery or for staff to change if theirs get contaminated. Or, the patient pants are vaguely scrub like.
I’d guess they let him use some.
Hey! I did this same thing! Also cost about 6 or 700
Into another environment?
I just wish I could send videos that aren’t compressed to shit. Who cares about colors
My mom died a week and a half ago. So no.
I work in a hospital. I’m a PT so a lot of my job is recommending what kind of rehab someone might need after a stay after working with us at the hospital (outpatient, skilled nursing, acute rehab, home health).
United is the worst insurance for this stuff. They deny shit because they can, with no regard for what the patient needs.
We use browser office 365 at work. It’s on a Windows computer. I gotta say it sucks ass if your stuff doesn’t all live in an associated onedrive. We have a shared drive that common files live in and accessing them from the browser office is a mess.
I can’t agree with you more on this. I have used them for years, most recently got one with a scalloped side that fits in your hand so nicely. My son is a cub scout and just got one too, his first pocketknife.
Wildly disagree about Oreos
That’s not this quarter’s problem, silly!
