I think it works just fine and I’m honestly proud of our disability system. Getting a diagnosis can even be made by a primary, but I think is kinda sus and most would go to a psychiatrist.

Yeah I’d argue time is actually the most expensive thing for a mars mission. And that’s going to require a hell of a lot of mission time nobody knows how to do yet. We get a head start on it now, getting a working lifter series in production and a functioning commercial lander and habitation scene and you’ll have a much better mars mission. I think the view of mars or bust asap asap comes from a lack of understanding of how big the technical leap is from doing a moon to doing a mars mission.

Every one of your own sources contradicts your post. Your post is still misinformation, no research has been stated to cease, only that some portion of the research stations will move to a centralized location.
So, you are spreading misinformation by saying the research has been halted because nobody has said whether any research will be halted. No research program has been stated to be “destroyed” or otherwise dismantled.
Exactly. And I dislike this organizational change, and it should be stopped and reverted in the courts if its illegal. But accuracy matters.
Like I thought, both of these state its being restructured, not dismantled. There is and will still be a functioning forest service doing research.

This isn’t the park service, but rather the forest service, and afaik the title is wrong: its not being shut down just restructured. National forest lands will stay national forest lands, parks will stay parks, and nobody is losing their jobs.

That is not that outlandish a claim. The model is 10-15x more expensive more expensive to run than other flagship models, and if anthropic is being truthful (which is a big if, I’d like to see what they are finding), finding critical vulnerabilities like its nothing.
Makes total sense to stage the rollout privately first so critical infrastructure can be secured before these models are generally available to any attacker.
But I fucking hate their stupid marketing.
