that is disappointing. was thinking about installing plasma next week. any workarounds? any other things that don’t work on a laptop?

This looks like a good(?) way to have lots of drives connected to one machine: https://github.com/trapexit/mergerfs/wiki/Real-World-Deployments I don’t have any experience like this, I have the CS380 with standard loadout… just thought it was a funny way to add lots more drives.
any opinions about leaving a drive or two at work? I’m wondering if there’s any risk to this, but it seems a convenient way to have off-site storage if I leave a couple drives in my drawer at work. encrypted of course…
I’m using Ubuntu/Gnome/Wayland on the lenovo tp tablet x1 and very happy overall. Mostly using it for browsing, zotero, xournal++ and almost everything works out of the box and very snappy. Not at the level of win or ipad but can do everything I need.
