A head that should last weeks will end up lasting me months with just a little care.

Reverse osmosis filter, you can just get an under the sink one of you don’t plan on drinking your shower water. Kind of pricey up front, and you have to replace the filters every so often, but it gives good taste and peace of mind for filtering.

I am telling you from first hand viewing that bottled water plants use the same kind of filtering.

Likely the HTS, which is the main rebel group that lead the new offensive and which has already absorbed or eliminated many other groups in Syria.

They are a Sunni Islamist group, but they also are against Al-Queda. But only opposed to them since 2020. But HTS is still considered a terrorist organization by the US, UK, and Canada. But Timber Sycamore shows historically that the US may publicly designate a group as terrorists in Syria while style still supporting them privately. HTS is strongly opposed to Russia and has spilled a lot of blood to prove it.

So, in short, is this a good or bad event: I dunno.

To bolster your point, Andrew Johnson issued a blanket pardon to all Confederate soldiers in regards to treason and insurrection. Not every individual former Confederate soldier had been convicted of these crimes, but still gained immunity.

That question is required by HR 1025 (“The Brady Act”). To get rid of weed as a factor, there would either need to be a change to the form requirement, or weed to be made federally legal and thus not an illegal substance. The requirement is not an ATF determination.

Joe Biden could theoretically pardon all people in violation of this, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for a blanket universal pardon involving guns and weed together.

As a concept the idea of allowing total autonomy seems sound.

I’ve presented you with the proof that early Reddit was populated with large numbers of sockpuppet accounts by the owners, creating whole cloth communities to draw in users, which is not something that is happening on Lemmy.

The entire reason the Digg mass exodus was viable was people leaving Digg found these “preexisting” Reddit communities and felt more comfortable joining in.

Lemmy doesn’t have that socketpuppet population to springboard with, so growth is slower and unpopulated communities are not falsely full of fake users.
