Always noticed this about vibe coded garbage. Horrible performance, like it wasn’t even tested. I’ve had more websites, even from big names, crash my entire browser or PC in the last 6 months than ever before.

Claude code is a terminal app and runs slower for me than Cyberpunk with ray tracing on. Turns out it’s 100% vibe coded, big surprise.

I want to be able to hide these metrics. If other people want to see them, that’s fine. But I’ve noticed my experience improving on any platform when I hide pretty much all metrics.

You don’t permanently eliminate the ruling class by killing the people in it. Elites will continue popping up as long as the system itself allows it. Incentives are just too biased towards people betraying and becoming elite when there is an empty slot.

I’ve wanted to start one for a while. The big challenges are keeping materials fresh, avoiding cross contamination, and olfactory fatigue. There are some fragrance molecules that really fatigue your olfactory nerves and it can take hours before they become detectable again.
