Bail bondsman Scott Graham Hall was involved in the Coffee County voting machine fuckery along with Sidney Powell and Misty Hampton. This hearing was not on the schedule, and was held ad hoc.

Spoiler:

On five counts, $5000 fine ($1000 per), five years probation (one year per), letter of apology to the State of Georgia, required to testify truthfully in relation to this case and any other defendant.

Probation requires he surrender his weapons carry license. His probation will revert to non-reporting probation after two and a half years. There are no travel restrictions.

Other reporting says that there are also 200 hours of community service added to the above sentence, but I did not see that mentioned in the hearing. I may have missed it.

This is a full flip. Now other defendants know what they should expect if they flip.

In a Friday court appearance before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, he pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor counts of “conspiracy to commit intentional interference with performance of election duties.”

One, this means that, legally speaking, there is at least one conspiracy. Whether this conspiracy is part and parcel of the greater RICO charges (Narrator: It is.) is yet to be demonstrated in court.

Two, because he has pleaded to a conspiracy, there must be at least one other participant. Since these five misdemeanor counts are in relation to the Coffee County voting machine fuckery, one would have to presume that Sidney Powell and Misty Hampton are Hall’s co-conspirators in relation to these counts.

This really encourages Misty Hampton and Sidney Powell to flip. From my reading, all of their charges are in relation to that same Coffee County fuckery. Brokering a plea deal like Hall’s, where they plead guilty to the same misdemeanors, and get similar “fine plus probation plus you have to testify” is the only way out for them.
