    It could just be the honey.

    Yes, some sorts are very dark. But I wonder if you’d ever get that color with honey alone. Well, maybe OP will reveal.

      It’s a bit dull, it’s just a lightly cooked Bochet made with a already dark honey - Rewarewa. Unfortunately it just doen’t want to finish clearing so it a bit on the cloudy side

      I have another ~50 l brewing at the moment, a sweet Ling Heather, and a Feijoa and Clover
