Much more realistic a narcissistic personality grasps for ways to avoid any unsavory changes in wealth status vs literally dying. They aren’t afraid of their life insurance policy activating, actually they might even look forward to it in a strange way.

I actually agree what I think he meant was that the rich would rather be killed than taxed. Maybe it was just phrased poorly
