Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.
So, how’s it going?
I can happily report that my sour dough starter that I fed for the first time in over 6 months is alive and well! I might look at baking some bread when I can be bothered.
I used to do kombucha, water kefir, dairy kefir and sourdough. It does take time and I ended up buying water kefir and kombucha concentrate for the soda stream instead.
Top tip: never leave kombucha in a closed container and forget about it. After about 20 days the pressure built up so much that the glass container exploded, sending glass into a wall 15 metres away.
Wow! I have never liked kombucha so have no plans to make it, so I guess my bottles and walls are safe.
I’ve heard people say they never liked kombucha until they tried a particularone they liked, but I think it’s probably not my thing.
