You sound like one of those cops that “overdosed” on fentanyl just by looking at it. Anyways, I checked out the “weapons sales” allegations and couldn’t find anything to substantiate that claim. Also, Wikipedia appears to indicate it was explicitly disallowed in the rules you claim did not exist.
