Term technically ends a week from tomorrow, Friday, 6/28.
"Of the 61 cases the Supreme Court heard this year, 19 are still unresolved with a few weeks left in its term
The high court’s justices are still weighing whether former President Donald Trump is immune from criminal prosecution in the election interference case against him, more than a month after hearing arguments
Another case, related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, questions the validity of obstruction charges brought against hundreds of people who took part in the insurrection
There’s also still an abortion case on the docket this year: whether doctors can provide that medical procedure in emergencies in states that banned abortion after the court overturned Roe v. Wade"
Try to name a more incompetent SCOTUS…and, go!
Ooh… that’s a really good question… what was the worst court? Or the worst Justice?
Dred Scott is considered the worst ruling of all time, so bad in fact it took not one, but TWO Constitutional amendments to un-do (#13 and 14).

Dred Scott is considered what directly lead to the Civil War. But god this one is close to that much of a fuck up.
