The “greatest democracy” ladies and gentlemen! Where they don’t even bother counting your vote unless it’s for two specific candidates so there’s no way to know how many people voted for each other candidates!

Need an example of how it’s done? Dozens of candidates that are there to protest the cancellation of the electoral reform, we can still tell how many votes they got:

These people’s job is to determine who won. It isn’t to tell candidates how well they did. The candidate can do this for themselves if they want.

the greatest democracy where when the candidate either knows the law and doesn’t comply with them because of arrogance or doesn’t know the law because her party and her candidacy were and always have been absolute unserious jokes, it’s not the candidate’s fault or the party’s fault. it’s the democrats’ fault because to you people it’s always the democrats’ fault even though the democrats had zero involvement in stein fucking over her own campaign.

Stein blames Democrats for everything, and you’re supporting her. Welcome to representative democracy.

If Jill Stein represents you, then this criticism is valid.

I never said I support her either, hell I’m not from the USA, I’m just laughing at the USA for always finding ways to subvert democracy while calling itself the greatest democracy in the world.

oh, so you are admitting that you have no idea of the circumstances that you are commenting about?

Democracy means whoever got the most votes wins (which isn’t how the US works, but that’s a different criticism). It has nothing to do with doing extra work to determine how many votes other people got, as long as they count enough to determine the winner.

I don’t know if you’ve watched shows that have voting or not, but frequently they won’t count all the votes because they counted enough that no one else can win (or lose) based on the current tally and number of votes remaining. Doing anything extra doesn’t help determine the winner. It isn’t their job to do more.

If a law is passed that gives them this requirement, sure they have to do it. It isn’t a requirement for democracy though.

Eh… During the evening the media doesn’t care once a winner is chosen but yes they count all votes and yes knowing how many votes each party got is part of the democratic process, it let’s people know their vote got counted and if the party they support did better or worse and parties want to know that to know if their message was better than last time
