“YOU MANIACS! YOU BLEW IT UP! AH, DAMN YOU! GOD! DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!”
The fact that some people are ok with, “subscriptions taking off” in this very post is troubling.
The future, where you own nothing, pay a subscription for everything.
It’s a great tune to play while reading the story.
Was my movie post not cool then? Just checking.
Thanks!
I opened this thread for Vermin Supreme comments.
I was not disappointed.
Thank you Lemmy, thank you.
I’m pretty active on Lemmy every day to every other. I would not mind helping out with moderation.
I am really into art and visual media to watch, observe and learn from during a psychedelic experience. Quite the Timothy Leary fan as well.
I have failed at all mycology efforts outside of oyster mushrooms though.
If anyone has any suggestions, please keep them coming.
I think I am going for a Ralph Bakshi marathon next.
A lot of Satoshi Kon’s (RIP) works, like Paprika, would be great too. I would just avoid Paranoia Agent, since it offers social commentary on some very dark topics that could spiral into a bad trip.
I’m going to try Midnight Gospel next, maybe in 2ish weeks.
May you live for a thousand years, sir. (Or something similar) haha
:)
The movie struck a lot of chords with stuff going on in my personal life too. Definitely not what I was expecting, caused a lot of thinking.
Went with Joe vs the volcano, loved it. Perfect mix of cerebral and comedy, his company logo and volcano path being the same, chefs kiss there!
Snapping back into reality, hard to type this, haaaa.
The adventures of baron munchausen was great.
Same for Rango!
I am a huge fan of surrealism, I’ve been meaning to watch this for years…under the proper circumstance. Definitely starting with this.
The background lighting at the end of the Barbie movie did something very similar for me.
I posted on Lemmy about needing recommendations for movies to watch on shrooms…and then minutes later stumble across this article.
Talk about perfect timing, lol.
This is really starting to feel like a perfect replacement for that…other website.
It is very nice to see Mozilla doing quite useful/helpful projects from time to time.
Lol. They are a shit company. (Microsoft & Malwarebytes)
I’ll be searching for the vinyl this week, thank you! :)
