For me it’s Erik satie’s Gymnopedie no. 1. I listened to a dramatized audiobook of lord of the rings a bunch when I was a kid. They played gymnopedie no 1 when bilbo, Frodo, Gandalf and the elves sailed to valinor, and it made me cry every time

Give a listen to L’Isle Joyeuse. My favorite Debussy.
I think you win.
If you haven’t yet, give Lief Ove Andsnes’ rendition a try.
Everyone has their favorite interpretations, I guess. This is one of mine. From a pianist that impressed the hell out of me when I first heard him.

Radiohead - Nude
The whole album is a masterpiece. Reckoner is my favorite <3
I love this song. The intro sounds so other-worldly.

I was at a target, and there was a guy playing the song Hallelujah on a violin. I was waiting for an Uber and hearing that song was really amazing so I actually asked my Uber driver to stop and gave him some money for such a good performance.
God I am getting crazy goosebumps just listening to this again. I love the 9th symphony so much.

I forgot how much I love this kind of choral music.
“Perpetuum Mobile” by the Penguin Café Orchestra, and “Hide and Seek” by Imogen Heap always give me frisson when I come back to them.
One of my all time favorites is the first opening theme of the anime Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex

Forbidden Colours is also great. Not sure that’s it’s “beautiful” as a song, but the music itself and Sylvain’s voice certainly are.
