Fuck it, at this point, go around the tariffs. There are not enough government workers or enforcers to actually collect these tariffs. And they are so busy attacking our rights and deporting dissenting citizens that I’m sure some huge port somewhere could just start unloading boats and they wouldn’t be any wiser. If this administration is not going to listen to established law and start gaslighting us, collective businesses and communities should be doing the same to the administration.

MicroKits LLC in Virginia, which makes educational electronic kits and musical instruments, and Terry Precision Cycling, a Vermont-based brand of women’s cycling apparel, are also plaintiffs.
